Recently I got into my hands such an interesting electromechanical bell. As far as I know, it worked in the alarm system, which guarded some office, together with an incandescent lamp (separate light and sound alarm).
After thorough wiping with a damp cloth (the body was whitewashed), it turned out that it was light beige, the enamel was preserved almost perfectly. On the back there is a suspension with which the bell was attached to the wall (it hung on a nail), as well as an "anchor" - all this is one iron piece and is screwed to the bowl with a bolt. Inside there is a copper coil, the body is made of orange plastic. The lettering on it says "BELL ZV 220V 50GTs UHL4" , "USE WITH BUTTON RATED FOR 250V" and "TU12-91" (from the last inscription we conclude that the bell was made after 1991). No plant designations were found.
Also, on the plastic case, two contact pads are fixed with nuts, to which the coil leads are soldered. The copper wire is very thin, and therefore broke off - I had to solder it back. The power cable is screwed on with nuts.
When powered makes a loud "dzyyn" (audible throughout the apartment), the sound is adjusted by bending the "anchor".
