Лампа прожекторная аэродромная ПЖ-220-1100. Устанавливались в аэродромных прожекторах, огнях подхода к ВПП, пограничных огнях и разрешающих огнях посадки. Другого применения не видел, может кто-нибудь добавит.

This is a lovely lamp design, not common to see such high wattage coiled-coil filament.  Because of this shape of filament, I think it was intended for use in spotlights having very narrow beam angle.  So airfield lighting may have been the only application.  Normally for general floodlighting, more simple kinds of filament shapes were common.
