Weekend 230V 60W (Tungsram)

Here is my first bulb in 2021. I got this bulb yesterday. Lamp is made for places such as cottages, and to be less attractive to bugs. Color is similar to yellow of low pressure sodium lamps.

HPL-N 125W/542 (Philips)

Found this bulb today. It is not used. There is lot of red tone in spectrum. The color code is 542. Compared to the Belgian one in the collection, it shines much better, although it is unfair to compare these 2 bulbs, because one was used for street lighting, and the Dutch one was sitting as a spare. In picture no. 3, the green light is visible at the bottom of the bulb, which indicates its excellent condition.

SF-8 (Tež Tesla (tt))

I got these starters today for 300 dinars, which is about 3US$. They are new and have original box with shematic. On the box it says (See photo 3): "When replacing fluorescent tubes starter must be replaced too".
These are from 1971.

VTFE 125W (Tež Tesla (tt))

Here are my bulbs. I got them today, in new condition. They have original box. Interestingly these bulbs aren't same. One bulb has thinner coating, the other has dimple at the top. Both of them are same wattage, brand and cap type (E27). Color is bright and has nice CRI.

FC BB 18W, FC DS 18W (Tesla Pančevo)

Here are the T8 tubes from Tesla. These tubes are both burned out Sad DS one lost vacuum due to short circuit, BB one was used and got cathode broken. Color of DS on this one is about 5000K (factory used different coating for short period), BB color is similar to 33/640. Tubes have cathode guards, which was only seen on T8 tubes. Coating is as smooth as Philips ones.

FC DS 20W (Tesla Pančevo)

Here are the first tubes in collection. I bought 5 of them in 2017 and only 4 survived to this day. 3 of them are 100% working, 4th one has broken wires. Color is daylight (DS), CRI is good. Tubes are new and have less than 10 hours of use.

ЛБ 40-4 (SLZ)

Another rare lamp, already well-worn, but quite durable, the same LB color from childhood, although it greens the camera, the very caps that were the "hallmark of daytime lamps" when I was just a jerk looking for them everywhere and everywhere.

The etching at the end is practically lost, but it can be seen at some angle.

I preheated mercury stains about an hour before shooting and another hour after, they practically stretched out.

1УБЕ-40/220-ВП-05У4 (Луйс)

Retrieved from an unidentified fixture. It worked there in tandem with 1UBI choke. I have no clue on what is the difference with the 051 series. The quality is disgusting. Ignites the lamp from the 3-4 attempt and hums like a tractor. Together with its "partner" they were set aside and replaced with electronic ballasts.

1УБИ-40/220-ВО-051У4 (Луйс)

Retrieved from an unidentified fixture. It worked there in tandem with 1UBE choke. Despite the manufacturer, a fairly high quality sample. No noise and reasonable heating during operation. Possibly this is due to the year of manufacturing (1975).

QTi 2x14/24/21/39 (Osram)

Quite by accident I came across an advertisement for the sale of electronic ballasts for $7.5. Therefore, without thinking for a long time, I bought 4 such ballasts for replacement in garage fixtures. Since the buzzing of regular chokes was just starting to drive me crazy.

As you can see from the photo, they are capable of working with different types and wattage of lamps. The ignition is always stable. There is no flicker.
