I got this power hungry lamp a week ago. It is NOS from store and it was last one on the shelf 
I don't have a fixture for it and since it was made in 2011 (10/2011) and contacts are slightly corroded (greened) I will not power it up until I clean them and find a lamp. Awesome for my collection.
