Once again, as I've got a bunch of New Year's garlands, I began to restore them. One of them had a starter wrapped in blue duct tape. I thought that this again would be another Smolensk starter to go for operation in PVLM luminaires. I unwound the electrical tape, and there was such a rare export version of the starter. Fortunately, the garlands didn't kill it.
